Under general supervision, you’ll provide compassionate, professional communication to patients and colleagues, triage calls per protocol, and coordinate inpatient care as needed. Using the nursing process, you’ll develop individualized care plans that address each patient’s physical, mental, and social needs, deliver patient and family education, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to arrange timely services and optimize outcomes.
