About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to define and lead a comprehensive total rewards strategy for a fast-growing, fully remote organization. You will own compensation design, equity programs, incentive structures, and benefits offerings, ensuring they are competitive, scalable, and aligned with company goals. Acting as a senior individual contributor, you will partner with Finance, Legal, People, and business leaders to drive pay clarity, equity, and performance-based rewards. The role combines hands-on execution with strategic oversight, making it ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about shaping fair, data-driven total rewards programs in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of total rewards experience, with strong depth in compensation strategy and program design.
  • Hands-on experience managing salary bands, equity frameworks, compensation cycles, and incentive programs.
  • Strong analytical, modeling, and decision-making skills, comfortable making recommendations with incomplete data.
  • Exceptional ability to explain complex compensation and benefits topics clearly and thoughtfully to stakeholders.
  • Proven track record partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, HR, and business leaders on sensitive compensation matters.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to tech startups and familiarity with public sector or government-aligned revenue models is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of cash and equity compensation structures, including salary bands, equity guidelines, and incentive programs.
  • Own compensation philosophy and its practical application across all levels of the organization.
  • Provide guidance on incentive and performance-based compensation for revenue-generating teams in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and People partners.
  • Manage annual and off-cycle compensation processes, including merit increases, promotions, and equity adjustments.
  • Oversee benefits programs, ensuring offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational growth.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on compensation and equity guidance for new hires.
  • Create clear communication materials and documentation so managers and employees understand pay, equity, benefits, and incentive structures.
