We are excited to hire our first-ever Total Rewards Manager to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the engine behind our compensation, benefits, and equity programs — ensuring they run smoothly, stay competitive, and help us attract and retain incredible talent. This person will sit on the People Ops team but will work closely with our Finance and Talent partners. You will oversee day-to-day administration while helping us evolve our programs. Whether it's supporting open enrollment, analyzing compensation data, or helping team members understand their equity grants, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we recognize and reward our team.
