As Onebrief scales, we’re building a clear, fair, and scalable approach to how we pay, reward, and support our team. We’re looking for a Total Rewards Lead to own our compensation strategy and oversee our benefits programs, across our remote, fast-growing company. This role is compensation-first (~70%), with hands-on ownership of salary bands, equity programs, compensation cycles, and incentive design. You’ll also guide the evolution of our benefits offerings, ensuring they remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with our stage of growth. This is a senior individual contributor role: you’ll set the approach and run the work, partnering closely with People, Finance, Legal, and revenue leaders. About You You’re a seasoned total rewards professional with deep compensation expertise and practical experience managing benefits programs. You enjoy designing cash, equity, and incentive systems that are clear, scalable, and grounded in market data, and you’re comfortable owning both the strategy and execution. You have experience supporting revenue-generating teams and understand how compensation and incentives drive behavior and outcomes, ideally across both tech startups and public sector–oriented sales or revenue models. You bring a systems mindset and are trusted to advise leaders on sensitive pay and benefits decisions. You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, and can translate complex compensation and benefits concepts into guidance that’s simple and actionable for managers and employees.
