Requirements

  • 2+ years of retail management experience.
  • A proven record of hitting (or exceeding) sales goals.
  • A natural ability to motivate, lead, and inspire.
  • Great communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule(nights, weekends, holidays)
  • A flexible, upbeat attitude — you roll with change and keep things positive.
  • Knowledge of POS systems, basic computer skills, and confidence with Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and a love for great customer experiences.
