Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience (dealership preferred)
- Toyota Master or MDT Certification (required for Master role)
- At least 2 completed ASE certifications
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all systems
- A team player who thrives in a culture of mentorship, leadership, and high standards
- Commitment to "Fix it right the first time" customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to factory standards
- Lead and mentor junior technicians with excellence
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department
- Document repairs clearly and completely
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace
- Treat every vehicle with care and respect
