Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience (dealership preferred)
  • Toyota Master or MDT Certification (required for Master role)
  • At least 2 completed ASE certifications
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all systems
  • A team player who thrives in a culture of mentorship, leadership, and high standards
  • Commitment to "Fix it right the first time" customer satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to factory standards
  • Lead and mentor junior technicians with excellence
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and Parts Department
  • Document repairs clearly and completely
  • Maintain a clean, professional workspace
  • Treat every vehicle with care and respect
