We offer competitive pay and a great benefits package that includes: Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K 401K Matching Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Employee Referral Program $500 Hiring Bonus for July and August after 60 Days of Continuous Employment ABOUT THIS EXCAVATING ROLE As our Track Hoe Operator, you'll work a full-time schedule between 7 AM and 5 PM, while performing: GPS-guided digging for utilities, sewer main, water main, and storm drain Equipment inspections and preventative upkeep Helping install underground utilities Following OSHA safety standards Interpreting plans and executing them accurately Staying aligned with the foreman and crew to hit deadlines What we need from you: 2 years of experience in a trackhoe Must know how to operate a trackhoe with GPS Must be able to communicate with foremen and crew JOIN US!
