Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a safety or operational role within the aviation industry.
• Proven track record of managing safety protocols effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with aviation regulations and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor track activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures.
• Coordinate with pilots, ground crews, and other personnel to maintain smooth operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the track and surrounding areas to identify potential hazards.
• Report any incidents or irregularities to the appropriate authorities promptly.
• Maintain communication with air traffic control and other operational teams during track events.
• Assist in the development and implementation of safety training programs for staff.
