About The Position

Hadco Construction is seeking an experienced Trackhoe Operator to join our team. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a track hoe on various excavation projects while supporting crews in completing work on time and to standard. What You’ll Do Operate trackhoe to effectively complete all assigned jobs within designated time limits Prepare daily electronic timecards for projects, including multiple tasks, machines, and employees, itemized for proper billing Identify hazards associated with task assignments and seek clarification when needed Maintain clean and safe work areas (remove debris, trash, snow, and ice as required) Direct laborers and other employees to complete tasks within specified time limits Follow OSHA guidelines and lockout/tagout procedures Comply with all company safety policies, practices, and procedures; report unsafe activities to supervisors and safety managers What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a track hoe Basement digging experience preferred Hardworking, dependable, and safety-conscious Ability to lift, carry, and transfer 50 lbs. or more continuously Must be at least 18 years old with valid documentation to work in the U.S. Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen Physical Demands & Working Conditions Frequent lifting, carrying, and movement of 50+ lbs. Regular climbing, kneeling, crouching, and operation of heavy equipment Outdoor work in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and noise Exposure to typical construction site hazards, including moving machinery and uneven ground QualificationsWhy Join Hadco? Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a track hoe
• Hardworking, dependable, and safety-conscious
• Ability to lift, carry, and transfer 50 lbs. or more continuously
• Must be at least 18 years old with valid documentation to work in the U.S.
