This position is based out of North Andover, MA and reports to Sr. Director of Global Trade Compliance.

Requirements

  • Background in International Business, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations
  • Ability to interface with all Watts’ internal departments
  • Ability to coordinate and deliver project goals and objectives within a defined time period
  • Ability to be proactive in recognizing and adjusting to shifting priorities
  • Self-motivated and directed, capable of operating semi-autonomously
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • P.C. experience and skills, specifically EXCEL, WORD and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Participate in overall management of Watts’ imports/exports to ensure compliance
  • Align and standardize material data for Customs activities
  • Ensure classifications between countries align and notate difference for review
  • Compare internal Watts reports to Customs broker and highlight discrepancies
  • Develop process to ensure all Customs records are maintained by entity
  • Update and revise the monthly Customs reports
  • Develop a report/presentation for Customs audit data and findings to identify root cause
