Amazon.com Marketing Manager, Trade-In in Seattle, Washington
Trade on. Play on. Amazon Trade-In is looking for an innovative marketing manager to drive customer engagement with our Video Games program. Amazon Trade-In offers gamers the opportunity to get an Amazon Gift Card for their unwanted games, consoles, and accessories so they can play something new. The ideal candidate takes a data-driven approach to increasing frequency and retention across our customer base. We are looking for someone who is interested in the Video Games industry and has a proven track record of delivering results, ideally in customer relationship or online marketing.
The ideal candidate will leverage customer behavior learnings to identify and implement engagement activities across channels. In this role, the candidate will build a multi-channel communication platform to send customers the right message at the right time based on the customers lifecycle state and frequency of engagement. He or she will create a test and learn culture, experimenting with new engagement programs, optimizing based on learnings, and then doubling down on programs that show success. This individual will also excel in managing and navigating cross-team efforts.
Primary Responsibilities

Execute and monitor Amazon Trade-Ins customer engagement program to optimize effectiveness and ensure execution across channels, including email, push notifications, and on-site messaging

Drive continuous, well-structured campaign testing designed to validate the potential of engagement strategies

Define, build and manage reporting and key business metrics related to customer engagement and long-term customer value

Act as the voice of the customer by conducting and analyzing customer surveys and research studies
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
3+ years of experience in Marketing-related roles preferably with a focus on consumer retail/business
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Experience with SQL
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand and relevant
Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
