About The Position
Vehicle Exchange / Trade-Up Manager (High Volume – Service Drive Focus) Hyundai of Orange Park #1 Volume Hyundai Store in Northeast Florida Hyundai of Orange Park is aggressively expanding and looking for a results-driven Vehicle Exchange / Trade-Up Manager to capitalize on our 1,600+ Repair Orders per month and convert Service customers into Sales opportunities. This is not a passive role. This position is built for a hunter mindset, someone who knows how to create urgency, uncover equity, and turn service traffic into real deals. Requirements
- Automotive sales, equity mining, service drive sales, or BDC experience
- Strong closer with urgency and confidence
- High-energy communicator who thrives in volume
- Organized, accountable, and performance-focused
- Hungry to earn and grow with a winning store
- A valid driver's license
- Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
Responsibilities
- Drive Service-to-Sales conversions by identifying equity and upgrade opportunities
- Engage service customers in person and by phone/text/email
- Set and close vehicle exchange and trade-up appointments
- Work closely with Service Advisors and Sales Management
- Track performance, appointments, and conversions daily
- Maximize every RO into a sales opportunity
