JOB TITLE: Traffic Control Supervisor

JOB CLASS: Hourly, Full Time

JOB HOURS: 40 Hour Week, Typically M-F 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with possible variations to accommodate specific project requirements. Occasional overtime and weekend work as required.

Requirements

• Must have a WTCS (Worksite Traffic Control Supervisor) certification.
• Must have a MUTCS (Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices) certification.
• Have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands.
• Experience on a construction jobsite.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license.
• Must be insurable.

Nice To Haves

• Surface streets/Interstate experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up lane closures.
• Handle supervisory responsibilities for setting up temporary traffic control work zones.
