Traffic Coordinator
About The Position
Advanced Systems Group, LLC (ASG) is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to support the execution of programming schedules for a major global technology company’s FAST/linear live shopping channel distribution network. This role will assist with scheduling operations, data entry, and platform coordination to ensure the channel schedule is accurate and updated across distribution platforms. Embedded with the client’s channel operations team, the Traffic Coordinator will support scheduling workflows, assist with content programming updates, and help maintain operational accuracy across channel platforms. This role is ideal for candidates interested in gaining experience in digital media operations, FAST channel programming, and broadcast scheduling workflows.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in media operations, broadcast scheduling, production coordination, or digital media operations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, CSV files, and scheduling system
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting FAST channels, OTT platforms, or digital broadcast operations
- Familiarity with Amagi or similar scheduling systems
- Experience supporting content programming or broadcast scheduling workflows
Responsibilities
- Scheduling Support
- Assist with maintaining the Amazon Live programming schedule, ensuring content and promotional placements are accurately reflected.
- Support the scheduling team with day-to-day schedule updates and adjustments.
- Platform Operations
- Assist with operational workflows related to Amagi and FAST channel management.
- Support scheduling execution across primary and sub-channel programming feeds.
- Data & CSV Management
- Manage CSV uploads and data updates required for programming and scheduling workflows.
- Ensure scheduling data is accurately maintained across systems and platforms.
- Programming Coordination
- Support the programming and scheduling teams in maintaining accurate channel listings.
- Assist with operational tasks related to scheduling updates and platform requirements.
