Requirements
- Experienced trailer mechanics
- Candidates with a mechanical trade background looking to learn a high-demand skill
- Individuals with a stable work history and strong mechanical aptitude
Responsibilities
- Perform panel, roof, and door repairs and replacements
- Inspect and repair suspension and braking systems
- Conduct diagnostics and troubleshooting on trailers
- Carry out preventive maintenance (PM) and FHWA inspections
- Maintain high standards of attendance and reliability
Benefits
- Industry-leading pay based on experience: $20 – $36/hour
- Steady weekday hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday
