Job Description Job Requirements Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design with an emphasis on Instructional Design Technology Expertise in training development for various delivery methodology: instructor led training, web-based training, job aids, virtual classroom training, and blended learning Exceptional communication skills working across global audiences and with all levels of management. Proficiency in the following tools and systems: Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Suite: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training for manufacturing, industrial, automotive, or technical operations audiences. Ability to quickly learn and accurately represent technical systems, equipment, and manufacturing processes in training materials. Proven experience working with cross-functional technical teams, including manufacturing engineering, quality, maintenance, IT, or operations. Strong ability to ask effective questions, challenge assumptions, and ensure technical accuracy even when working with highly specialized SMEs. Work portfolio with relevant ILT/WBT technical and soft skill samples demonstrating a deep understanding of the ADDIE and iterative design course development (SAM) models will be required for an interview. Further, candidates should be able to speak to specific examples of manufacturing or technical training they have designed, including the audiences supported and the operational context.
