Lead high-energy, science-backed workouts for groups of up to 36 members
Motivate, inspire, and guide clients of all fitness levels
Ensure safety, proper form, and modifications for all participants
Build member relationships and support studio growth

Requirements

• Current, proctored fitness certification from an OTF-approved organization (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA)
• Positive, motivating communication style
• Passion for coaching all fitness levels
• CPR/AED certification
• 1+ years fitness experience preferred
