Requirements
- Current, proctored fitness certification from an OTF-approved organization (ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA)
- Positive, motivating communication style
- Passion for coaching all fitness levels
- CPR/AED certification
- 1+ years fitness experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead high-energy, science-backed workouts for groups of up to 36 members
- Motivate, inspire, and guide clients of all fitness levels
- Ensure safety, proper form, and modifications for all participants
- Build member relationships and support studio growth
