About The Position

This role is designed for an experienced professional who thrives at the intersection of training, instructional design, and healthcare technology implementation. You will lead the development and delivery of learning content, support go-live readiness, and partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful system adoption. The position involves creating engaging eLearning modules, instructor-led sessions, and job aids, translating complex technical workflows into clear and accessible content. You will work in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, contributing to transformative initiatives across hospitals and healthcare systems. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with subject matter experts, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders while honing your expertise in digital transformation and workforce enablement. Requirements

  • Direct experience supporting healthcare IT implementations (Epic strongly preferred)
  • Proven experience delivering training in clinical or hospital environments
  • Strong instructional design skills with the ability to create engaging and effective learning solutions
  • Experience using authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, Captivate, or similar
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven implementation environments
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse clinical and operational audiences

Nice To Haves

  • Epic certification or hands-on implementation support experience
  • LMS administration, go-live support experience, or familiarity with change management and adoption strategies

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led (VILT) training sessions for clinical and operational teams
  • Provide go-live support, floor assistance, and adoption guidance during system implementations
  • Design and develop eLearning modules, simulations, facilitator guides, and job aids
  • Translate complex clinical and technical workflows into user-friendly learning content
  • Conduct needs analyses to recommend appropriate training and change support strategies
  • Collaborate with SMEs, IT teams, and clinical stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Update training materials in alignment with system enhancements and release cycles
  • Serve as a trusted partner, ensuring end-users feel confident and prepared
