Assisting in processing applicants Maintains client and employee confidentiality as related to access to personnel files, client files and information shared in CIS office meetings and conversations in accordance with CIS policies. Meets with direct supervisors regularly or on an as needed basis. Coordinates house orientation training for new and/or transferring staff. Ensures that all CIS employees providing care to clients are aware of client/house issues. Assists Program Managers with accurate filing of client documentation. Responsible for compliance of all staff training certs and audit requirements Occasionally answer phones from desk and put calls through to proper extension/person. Assignments involve work of a confidential or complex nature, necessitating exposure to sensitive information and contacts requiring considerable discretion, judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
