Position Overview As a Trainer Sales Associate (TSA) , you’ll be the face and voice of our studio. This role blends sales, customer service, outreach, and studio operations . You’ll engage leads, guide prospects through the studio experience, and help members achieve their fitness goals—all while contributing to a clean, welcoming, and high-performing environment. Schedule: 20–35 hours per week Availability Requirement: Must be available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays Staffed Hours: Monday–Thursday: 11:00am–8:00pm Friday: 9:00am–6:00pm Saturday: 9:00am–2:00pm What We’re Looking For You’re a great fit if you: Love talking to people and building genuine, lasting connections Thrive in a commission-based sales environment Are confident making outbound calls and following up with leads Communicate clearly and enthusiastically—in person and over the phone Take initiative and stay productive, even during slower studio hours Have a strong work ethic and team-first mindset Are comfortable maintaining a clean studio (equipment, towels, saunas, bathrooms) Manage your time well and juggle multiple priorities Have an interest in fitness, wellness, or helping others reach personal goals
