About The Position

Responsible for developing and implementing programs that align the workforce
with key business initiatives and strategies. Responsible for implementation,
coordination, facilitation, and sustaining a Tribal Development Program [TDP]
for Coushatta Tribal members.

Requirements

• High School diploma or General Education Degree GED required
• Must be a Coushatta Tribal Member
• Must attend and complete the training programs in the TDP
• Must possess a strong skill-base in presentation and multi-media capabilities
• Must possess strong oral and written communication skills
• Must possess strong skills in MS Excel (charts, reports, etc.)
• Must have excellent skills in MS Office Products, such as Word and PowerPoint
• Must be very organized and possess a strict attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred
• Minimum of two to three years related experience preferred
