As a rapidly growing franchise brand, we train and support franchise owners and consultants nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Training & Business Advisor to join our corporate team. This role is essential to supporting and strengthening our franchise network through structured training, hands-on field support, and strategic business guidance. The individual in this position will lead in-person and virtual training programs, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and provide practical operational and business guidance to franchise owners at various stages of growth. This role requires both strong instructional leadership and real-world business experience. The ideal candidate is confident leading a room, facilitating adult learning, analyzing business performance, and guiding franchisees through operational, marketing, and growth strategies. Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in training, facilitation, adult education, or corporate instruction.
  • 5+ years of business experience in operations, sales, marketing, consulting, or business development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading live, instructor-led training programs for professional audiences.
  • Proven ability to analyze business performance and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation required.
  • Must possess a credit card with sufficient available credit for reimbursable business travel expenses.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with business owners, franchisees, or executive-level professionals preferred.
  • Experience with B@B sales or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate in-person Training School sessions for new and existing franchisees and consultants.
  • Deliver virtual follow-up sessions, webinars, workshops, and network-wide educational programs.
  • Provide structured training for new franchise owners and consultants.
  • Manage training logistics, materials, curriculum updates, and LMS content.
  • Facilitate daily check-ins and ensure an engaging, high-quality learning experience.
  • Identify training gaps and collaborate with the corporate team to enhance curriculum and educational resources.
  • Participate in Discovery Day programs for prospective franchise candidates.
  • Travel to new franchisee offices to implement the Office Launch Program.
  • Conduct face-to-face field visits to support operational setup and business growth.
  • Assist franchisees with client appointments, networking events, and regional meetings.
  • Identify operational challenges in the field and provide structured guidance to improve performance.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and strategic guidance to franchise owners.
  • Analyze business plans, operational processes, marketing initiatives, sales strategies, and expense management.
  • Advise franchisees on growth strategies, profitability improvement, and value-building initiatives.
  • Instruct on marketing efforts to drive brand awareness and local market traction.
  • Support implementation of operational best practices across the network.
  • Conduct monthly updates and edits to the brand-specific Success Guide as needed.
  • Partner with the corporate team to ensure training and field support remain aligned with brand standards, system updates, and strategic initiatives.
  • Identify trends or recurring challenges within the network and provide feedback to leadership and support teams.
  • Participate as a core team member in the Annual Exit Factor Conference and regional events, including travel and onsite support.
  • Reinforce brand standards, operational consistency, and best practices across the franchise network.
