About The Position

Design, develop and implement training strategy. This includes partnering with sales leaders to identify skill gaps, emerging trends and relevant training topics. Conduct instructor-led training on our sales methodology, services and benefit offerings as needed. Lead the research, evaluation and selection of AI-enabled training and sales enablement vendors and own the development and management of this program once selected. Ensure alignment between training materials and organization goals and sales priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation through GoAnimate, Vyond, Adobe Premiere or a Learning Management System.
• Proficiency in MS Office products including Teams
• Instructional Design & Training Development
