  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience facilitating training plus.
  • Experience working with Lean Six Sigma to drive high performance.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment a plus.
  • Bilingual in Burmese or Spanish is preferred but not required.
  • Flexibility of work shift (day, night, swing), as prescribed by business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed.
  • Work with support teams to validate skill requirements for identified roles.
  • Support the training, planning, and execution aligned with business priorities to progress into self-sufficient teams.
  • Monitor training effectiveness: provide feedback on issues and opportunities and recommend/conduct improvements.
  • Assist in development and execution of E&T Pillar work processes.
  • Provide monthly reports, Key Performance Information (KPIs) on E&T delivery.
  • Partner with operators and other departments to develop trainings on specific equipment and/or processes.
  • Support/facilitation of on-the-floor training activities.
  • Support new hire onboarding process.
  • Support training specialists to overcome challenges in bridging skills gaps.
  • Support standardization of work processes.
  • Support E&T pillar in tracking losses and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Support all IL6S pillars.
  • Attends production/DMS and other meetings, as required.
  • Be available to work shifts, day, night, or swing with the flexibility to work other times as needed.
  • Perform all other related duties as requested.
