The Role (Read This Carefully) This is NOT a traditional trainer role. We are looking for a builder—someone who can design, organize, and continuously improve how training happens across our entire company. You will own the systems behind training, not just the delivery. If you love creating structure out of chaos, turning tribal knowledge into clear processes, and building scalable systems that help people win—this role is for you. What You’ll Own Training Systems & Infrastructure Build and maintain structured onboarding programs for every role (Apprentice, Technician, CSR, Admin, Leadership) Create clear, repeatable training workflows and processes Ensure every role has a defined path from beginner → proficient → expert Learning Management System (LMS) Implement and manage our online training platform Organize and maintain training videos, SOP’s, Quizzes and certifications Track employees progress, completion rates and skill development Continuously improve the learning experience to be simple, clear, and effective Training Tracks & Career Pathing Build structured training tracks by role and department Create career progression roadmaps employees can clearly follow Align training with real performance in the field and office Help team members understand: “What does great look like here?” What Success Looks Like Every employee knows exactly how they are trained, what’s expected of them, and how to grow Apprentices progress through the pipeline on time, prepared, and confident New hires ramp faster and perform better Training is consistent, scalable, and documented Who This Role Is Perfect For Someone who loves building systems, not just running training sessions A process-driven thinker who sees inefficiency and wants to fix it Someone who enjoys organizing, documenting, and improving workflows A collaborator who can work across departments and personalities A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to build

Requirements

  • Experience creating or managing training programs or systems
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Previous experience as a trainer, coach, or facilitator (any industry)
  • Strong ability to create processes, SOPs, and structured workflows
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services (plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
  • Familiarity with tools like ServiceTitan
  • Experience in a fast-growing company
  • Background in instructional design or adult learning
