This is a paid program located in the Oakland NJ office. The hours for this program are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. Come join the Topcon Healthcare team to help build real-world skills and knowledge to influence your education and career path. The Training Intern will work within the Global Training department and support the development of training materials for online and live courses. They will help update training content to align with current best practices. The Training Intern will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and globally across Topcon Healthcare, learning a wide range of course-building tools.
Requirements
- Experience in rapidly becoming proficient in new software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team/cross-functionally
Nice To Haves
- Video editing a plus
- Proficient or fluent in Spanish a plus
Responsibilities
- Support the development of training materials by handling administrative tasks and performing basic video editing using tools such as Articulate Rise360, Mighty, PowerPoint, and Camtasia.
- Update older course content to ensure consistency with the standards and guidelines of our visual design style guide and updated course framework.
- Oversee the translation of existing course content using our translation management platform.
