About The Position

The Training Lead delivers high-quality learning and development programs to improve organizational and employee performance. This role leads a team of trainers in designing, coordinating, and delivering training initiatives that support departmental and organizational objectives. This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or adult learning.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a leadership role that required decision-making, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple complex programs.
  • Proven supervisory and performance management skills at the mid-management level.
  • Knowledge of curriculum design, instructional methods, and adult learning principles.
  • Experience designing and deploying large-scale learning programs.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace applications (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Chat, Meet).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs aligned with business objectives, including competency models, instructor-led courses, e-learning, and blended-learning solutions.
  • Partner with subject matter experts, managers, and other teams to capture process details and update training materials as needed.
  • Manage, coach, and provide feedback to training staff to foster professional development and collaboration.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and deploy innovative learning methods and technologies, including computer-based training and online curricula.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and maintenance of training materials, aids, and equipment.
  • Manage the administration of learning, tracking employee attendance, certifications, and progress.
  • Deliver train-the-trainer programs and conduct training sessions for front-line, supervisory, and management staff.
  • Identify cost-effective training solutions, including internal initiatives and vendor-based programs.
  • Market training programs and assess their effectiveness through evaluations and reporting.
  • Prepare quarterly strategic milestone reports and learning progress updates for the Vice President of Talent.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Travel to various office locations as required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
