The Training Manager leads the development of the Operations Team relating to training, qualifications, selection, documentation, and succession planning of the operations hourly team. Ensures leaders are following training guidelines and programs that promote team member engagement and success. Develops training programs that improve employee performance, retention, engagement, and morale. Utilizes knowledge of manufacturing processes and capabilities to integrate training and performance goals to ensure team members and leaders are focused and on schedule with team member development. Manages operational data from Red Zone in support of the Operations Team in measuring and defining opportunities for achieving goals and continual improvement. Support the production of safe, high-quality products and team member safety.
