About The Position

Responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, creating tailored training plans and implementing various training methods to enhance maintenance technician skills and performance. Monitors training program effectiveness, manage budgets, and stays updated on training trends. Identifies training needs, creates training plans and deploys effective training programs to improve technical skills, productivity, and quality of work. Also assess training program effectiveness, manages training budgets and stays updated on training trends to ensure training initiatives are aligned with program goals and technicians’ development needs.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a maintenance or training position, of which three (3) years experience must be directly related to Naval systems
Demonstrated knowledge in the area of training and aircraft maintenance expertise
Top Secret Clearance
Yankee White Access may be required
