About The Position

Eaton Corporation is seeking an Engineering Services Marketing Analyst to join our Electrical Engineering Services & Systems Division (EESSD) Training Team in Warrendale, PA. In this role, you will lead key commercial marketing initiatives and segment growth programs for our Electrical Worker Training (EWT) portfolio. You will collaborate closely with Product Line and Marketing Managers to support go‑to‑market strategies, while serving as a trusted marketing advisor to sales teams, subject matter experts, and cross‑functional partners. The expected annual salary range for this role is $84,000 - $105,000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • At least 3 years of combined experience working in the electrical services industry or providing marketing communications/sales support in the electrical services industry or a similar industry
  • No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of Warrendale, PA will be considered. Active-duty military members exempt from this geographical limitation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and assist commercial marketing activities and segment growth programs for our Electrical Worker Training offerings.
  • Serve as primary point of contact with sales (NAS and EESS), channel, customers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and execute growth program strategies and marketing campaigns.
  • Support District Operation Centers (DOCs) in forecasting and scheduling of training programs to align with the overall strategic plan objectives.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of training demos and equipment for programs across the continental US.
  • Act as a division liaison with other Eaton divisions to drive EESS voice of customer into marketing initiatives and conferences, provide input into strategic planning and product road mapping.
