As a Training Onboard Consultant, you will assist management in delivering high-impact training initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall program performance.
The Work:
In this role you will assist management in delivering high-impact training initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall program performance.
As the Senior Management Lead, you will contribute to performance outcomes and recommend changes affecting project growth and success.
This position applies comprehensive knowledge across key functional areas, provides expert guidance to senior leadership, and may include supervision or mentorship of other analysts.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance.
• 5+ years of experience with learning management systems.
• 3+ years of experience with project management.
• 5+ years of experience with Captivate.
• 5+ years of training delivery and onboarding.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Articulate Storyline and / or Camtasia.
