About The Position

We are actively seeking a Training Specialist I I to provide training and educational opportunities to our staff.  You will be required to attend training to become a certified Therapeutic Options instructor and certified CPR instructor.  Some of the duties will include teaching Therapeutic Options and CPR, new employee orientation, developing training, data collection , and entry. This position will also utilize a variety of computer applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.  The duties of this position require strong skills in multitasking, customer service, and critical thinking.

Requirements

Education and Experience requirements at this level consist of a bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one year of qualifying experience for each year of the bachelor’s degree , plus one year of experience in education or training; or a master’s degree in adult education or human res ource development.
Applicants must be able to pass an OSBI background check.
Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license.
