About The Position

A typical day as a Transaction Advisory Services Senior Associate might include: Conduct company-specific due diligence efforts as our clients are looking at growing through acquisitions. Assist in preparation of financial models, due diligence and other materials used in presentations and as support for a deal. Assist in standardizing models, processes and procedures. Interact with clients and target companies explaining accounting, finance, tax, and operational risks and opportunities identified in diligence. Determine the scope of the next project. Requirements

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in audit or transaction services.
  • You are inquisitive and have an ability to work through complex accounting and operational topics impacting business.
  • You demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service.
  • You can see the big picture and have a keen ability to perform analytics and see opportunities in the details.
  • You are able to manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery and quality work.
  • You have begun to create, or are interested in creating a professional network related to transaction advisory, private equity, and/or investment bankers.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
