The Transaction Management Strategic Implementation Manager serves as a critical connector between strategy and execution within the Institutional Services Transaction Management (TM) organization. This role supports the development, enhancement, and rollout of standardized negotiation processes, diligence governance, and operational controls that strengthen TM’s role as an independent risk-management function. With a foundation in corporate trust and agency services, this individual combines project management discipline with operational insight to help drive implementation initiatives, optimize workflows, support technology enablement, and enhance reporting and governance routines. The role partners closely with the IS Transaction Management Leadership Team, Transaction Managers, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Technology, and senior leadership to ensure that new processes and standards are executed consistently and effectively across market segments.
