Requirements

You have extreme attention to detail — nothing gets past you

You’re logical and can understand real estate agreements and contracts (training provided)
You’re proactive, self-directed, and don’t need daily oversight to stay productive

At least 2 years experience in a transaction coordination, accounting, finance, or similar support role

Nice To Haves

Real estate experience is a huge plus

Responsibilities

Processing all deals and transaction stages including:
Converting listing agreements into active listings
Advancing listing to “pending deals”
Handling amendments and deadline changes
Recording closed deals
Processing price changes
Receiving and reviewing contracts from agents
Reading and managing contracts — ensuring accuracy and updating pipeline statuses accordingly
Maintaining and auditing company pipeline in Salesforce
Coordinating escrow deposits and acting as liaison between agents and title companies
Recording commissions
Preparing invoices
Managing documents in Dropbox with consistent naming and organization
Preparing documents and assisting with transaction paperwork
Placing sign orders and coordinating with vendors
Operating independently and staying ahead of deadlines without direct supervision
