The primary responsibility is to push offers to close on time, document any delays, and maintain proactive communication with all parties involved. This includes issue resolution, inbound and outbound calls, and timely email communication with buyers, agents, and closing partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
