Work Location: Onsite at 100 N.E. Columbia Blvd., Portland, OR 97211 Work Hours: Shift: 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, M-F, and weekends on demand Description: Manage and coordinate transactional data to support manufacturing operations and ensure data integrity Work closely with production, supply chain, and finance teams to track and report on key operational metrics Utilize ERP systems (SAP preferred) for data entry, analysis, and process optimization Support manufacturing controllers and SAP analysts in maintaining accurate records and documentation Ensure compliance with safety standards, including the use of safety shoes and PPE Work Monday to Friday, 7:15 AM to 3:15 PM, with weekend availability as needed Details: Requirements: 2+ years of education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally as an SAP analyst, transactional data coordinator, or manufacturing controller in a food manufacturing environment Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage large data sets Excellent communication and collaboration skills Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Listed salary ranges may vary based on experience, qualifications, and local market. Requirements

• 2+ years of education in Supply Chain Management or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, ideally as an SAP analyst, transactional data coordinator, or manufacturing controller in a food manufacturing environment
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage large data sets
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
