About The Position

As a Transcription Analyst at U.S. Legal Support, you will play a critical role in managing transcription assignments, ensuring timely delivery of transcripts, and maintaining high-quality standards in all documentation processes. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support clients with audio-related troubleshooting. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM PST

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a courteous and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and clients.
  • Technical knowledge of audio and video equipment.
  • Proactive self‑starter with a strong ability to identify needs, take ownership, and initiate tasks without requiring direction
  • Excellent time management skills and reliability.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors.

Responsibilities

  • Assign transcription tasks to transcribers and oversee timely submission of completed transcripts.
  • Check in client audio files, troubleshoot upload issues, and facilitate the transfer of files to Box.
  • Process paperwork submitted by digital reporters and uphold quality control standards.
  • Manage a queue of time-sensitive tasks, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  • Utilize platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Adobe and other proprietary software for collaboration and workflow management.
