Requirements

  • BS/BA required
  • Must have 0 – 3 years of mutual fund operations experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Taking Ownership and Initiative
  • Ensuring accuracy and quality – detail oriented
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Time management skills – ability to prioritize

Responsibilities

  • Processing and reporting investor level transactions, such as Purchases, distributions, transfers and redemptions, while also processing money movement
  • Work with clients, broker-dealers, and 3rd party vendors to provide operational support
  • Managing client Service Level Agreements as well as internal and external KPI’s while ensuring they are met
  • Collaboration with other Transfer Agency business units as well as other departments within State Street
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling and resolving complex operational issues, as they arise
  • Managing other projects or tasks, as assigned
