About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-wide change initiatives that span business processes, technology, and organizational culture. The Transformation Change Lead will partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to plan, execute, and sustain change strategies that enable smooth adoption of new ways of working. You will apply proven change management methodologies to complex programs, ensuring measurable and lasting outcomes. This position requires a strong ability to assess organizational readiness, mitigate risks, and engage stakeholders effectively. You will also support training, communication, and adoption efforts to maximize the impact of change initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience leading change management for large-scale business or technology transformations.
  • Proven experience supporting process and system change in corporate or professional services environments.
  • Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent) required.
  • Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to assess organizational readiness and manage resistance effectively.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong planning, coordination, and organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to work in ambiguous or evolving environments and influence outcomes without formal authority.

Nice To Haves

  • experience with enterprise system implementations (ERP, workflow, or transformation platforms) and exposure to Agile or iterative delivery environments.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for enterprise transformation initiatives, covering process, system, and organizational changes.
  • Assess the impact of changes across people, processes, technology, and culture, identifying readiness gaps, risks, and resistance.
  • Design mitigation strategies and solutions to address adoption risks and stakeholder concerns.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and SMEs to align on change objectives, impacts, and success metrics.
  • Enable leaders and managers to act as effective change sponsors and agents throughout the initiative.
  • Build integrated change plans aligned with project milestones, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop targeted, audience-specific communications to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Support training and process teams with development and delivery of training materials, job aids, and knowledge transfer.
  • Track and analyze change adoption metrics, using feedback to adjust strategies and interventions.
  • Ensure all change activities comply with governance, risk, compliance, and audit requirements.
