The purpose of this role is to lead the execution of strategic transformation initiatives that improve business processes. It entails assessing existing processes and operational procedures and leveraging relationships with transformation leaders and internal resources to deliver continuous improvement for business units and functional support teams. The Transformation Lead is accountable for shaping, governing, and optimising the Enterprise Digital, Security and Operational Resilience (EDSR) change portfolio. The role ensures that initiatives are strategically aligned, value‑driven, realistically sequenced, and governed through consistent portfolio, benefits, and change management disciplines.
