About The Position

We are excited to share that the Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is hiring for multiple roles across the team. The ETO is a dedicated business acceleration team within the Vanguard Enterprise Strategy and Transformation division that: In partnership with finance, sets and holds the standards for rigor within execution plans for Vanguard’s re-investment portfolio. Embeds teams within large enterprise-wide initiatives to provide integration and management support. Runs execution cadence of our enterprise management system to drive pace, accountability, and capital resource allocation. Why join the ETO? When ambiguity arises, this person is able to distill and prioritize key questions and analysis and isn’t afraid to offer a “Day 0” answer. An effective relationship manager: Skilled at managing complex, senior level business and functional leaders and pushing progress forward, especially in the face of divergent perspectives. An operator at heart: Experience with implementing strategy and driving business outcomes, with demonstrated success leading complex, fast paced workstreams. Ability to ruthlessly prioritize focus and efforts based on key business goals and changing circumstances.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five years related work experience.
  • Two years of managing a project preferred.
  • Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Graduate degree preferred.
