About The Position

PEMCCO is seeking a Transit Safety Data & Performance Analyst to develop and manage data-driven insights related to emergency exercises, safety trends, and corrective action tracking. This role enhances executive visibility and supports performance improvement initiatives across transit modes.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI or similar tools.
• Ability to translate data into executive insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Public Safety, Transportation, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in safety data analysis or performance reporting.

Nice To Haves

• Transit safety experience.
• Experience supporting emergency management programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards to track exercise findings and corrective actions.
• Analyze recurring trends and capability gaps.
• Support AAR data compilation and visualization.
• Present findings to safety leadership.
• Maintain data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• All other duties as assigned.
