About The Position

PEMCCO is seeking a Transit Training & Exercise Program Analyst to support the development and lifecycle management of Multi-Year Training & Exercise Plans (MYTEP). This role supports long-term program planning, exercise progression tracking, and compliance alignment across bus, rail, and commuter rail systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program coordination or emergency management.
• Program coordination skills.
• Familiarity with emergency management frameworks.
• Strong analytical and planning skills.

Nice To Haves

• HSEEP familiarity.
• Transit system experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update MYTEP schedules.
• Track exercise progression and capability validation.
• Coordinate planning cycles across modes.
• Align exercise objectives with federal and state requirements.
• Maintain training and exercise tracking dashboards.
• Support reporting to executive leadership.
• All other duties as assigned.
