HOW A TRANSITION EXECUTIVE MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT: The Transition Executive Manager Is responsible for maintaining the operational integrity, security, and performance of Cloud infrastructure. This role ensures high availability of systems, manages hardware and network components, and supports business continuity through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Monitor and maintain data center systems, servers, storage, and network equipment Install, configure, and decommission hardware and software Manage rack layouts, cabling, power, and cooling systems Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups Ensure compliance with security, safety, and regulatory standards Troubleshoot hardware, network, and environmental issues Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans Maintain documentation, inventory, and asset tracking Coordinate with vendors, engineers, and IT teams Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, power usage) WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education: BS in Computer Science Experience: 12+ years of managing cloud environments 5+ years of Coordinating with vendors, engineers, and IT teams Deep understanding in managing Cloud Environments including Azure and AWS Technical skills: Azure, AWS, Zero Trust Security clearance level: Public Trust Skills and abilities: Demonstrated experience as an (Azure Administrator/AWS SysOps Administrator) Location: Remote

Requirements

  • BS in Computer Science
  • 12+ years of managing cloud environments
  • 5+ years of Coordinating with vendors, engineers, and IT teams
  • Deep understanding in managing Cloud Environments including Azure and AWS
  • Technical skills: Azure, AWS, Zero Trust
  • Security clearance level: Public Trust
  • Skills and abilities: Demonstrated experience as an (Azure Administrator/AWS SysOps Administrator)

  • Performance Monitoring: Using tools to track network traffic, server loads, and resource utilization to prevent downtime.
