As the Transitions Specialist, you will play a critical role in integrating new communities into the Coastal Ridge portfolio while also providing operational leadership support across existing properties, when needed. In this role, you’ll coordinate property transitions, support acquisition due diligence, and partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure new communities are positioned for success from day one. When transitions are not actively underway, you will deploy to properties across the portfolio to provide operational leadership and stability—supporting teams, filling temporary leadership gaps, and helping communities maintain strong operational and financial performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is excited to make an impact across multiple markets.
