We are seeking a Transplant Administrator to help shape the future of our high-acuity, life‑changing transplant programs. Position Summary The Transplant Administrator serves as a key program leader, responsible for the financial strategy, oversight, and performance of all transplant service lines. This role ensures long-term financial sustainability while supporting exceptional, patient-centered transplant care. You will partner closely with clinical leadership, revenue cycle teams, contracting, and compliance to manage reimbursement, cost controls, budgeting, and regulatory requirements unique to transplant services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive healthcare finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of hospital finance, reimbursement, and revenue cycle
  • Experience with complex service lines or high‑acuity clinical programs

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial planning and budgeting for all transplant service lines
  • Oversee transplant billing, coding, reimbursement, and payer analysis
  • Support payer negotiations, contract structures, and center‑of‑excellence requirements
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, UNOS, OPTN, and regulatory standards
  • Build financial dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and drive strategic initiatives
  • Partner with transplant physicians, administrators, and executive leaders
  • Mentor and develop transplant finance staff
