About The Position

Analyzes, and interprets data to drive Transport asset management, decision-making and aid in strategic and growth objectives. Provides comprehensive support and daily assistance for strategic planning and project management tasks, exercising sound judgment, accuracy, and accountability. Develops executive presentations that afford clear visualizations and tell a concise story fueled by data. Develops data analytics to support workflows from conceptualization through asset procurement, implementation, and tracking. Formats and completes procurement related information for decision-making Gathers relevant procurement data required to manage workflows Manages Transport Engineering workflows in Jira, Salesforce, and other Hotwire systems Interprets and summarizes internal/external data to aid in analyzing bandwidth capacity, costs, expirations, and other Transport assets management endeavors. For example, import reports from vendor portals to populate trackers; inventories; etc. to aid in capacity planning and optimizing resource utilization. Liaises with carriers and data centers to coordinate logistics. Maintains the master circuit inventory. Generates reports as needed. Ensure that all Transport Engineering systems have up-to-date information in a format suitable for quick evaluation and execution. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, data science or business analytics
  • 2 years experience using ticketing system, Jira ticketing system preferred.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to analyze data for operational processes and reporting
  • Expert-level computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, PowerPoint,
  • Strong Presentation Skills, including public speaking in English
  • Self-initiative and works well under pressure
  • Strong organization, detail orientation, communication, and collaboration skills are required
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
