About The Position

Wachter is seeking a Transportation Coordinator / Administrative Assistant who will coordinate transportation and track inventory. We need someone with a strong understanding of logistics and inventory control, extremely organized and detail oriented who thrive in a fast paced environment that is ever changing and always problem solving.

Requirements

  • Logistics and inventory background a plus
  • Strong communication skills dealing with different types of customers and management.
  • Extremely organized.
  • Comfortable using Smartsheets
  • Document tracking
  • Inventory clerk
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for process and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible to take after hour calls if needed

Responsibilities

  • Track Inventory and shipments
  • Coordinate site deliveries
  • Scheduling
  • Communication with clients and management
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Organize multiple sites and inventory
  • Smartsheet and Microsoft office environment
  • Available for after hour customer requests
  • Work on site 8:00-5:00 Monday through Friday
